Local residents report that one civilian was injured and several houses and buildings were destroyed by fire after the military conducted airstrikes on villages in Lemyethna Township, Hinthada District, Ayeyarwady Region.
On the night of April 19, the military bombed Pan Taw Gyi and Set Set Yo villages from the air. In addition to the destruction of numerous homes, a civilian in his 30s named Ko Htoo Htoo from Pan Taw Gyi village was injured.
A local resident stated, "The bombs were dropped around 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM on April 19. There are civilian casualties; currently, we only know of one person. Because most people are already displaced, the number of injuries might be low. However, many houses were burned."
The military used jet fighters to drop bombs on the villages in Lemyethna Township, resulting in the complete destruction of homes belonging to civilians who had already fled.
