Local residents report that one villager was killed and two others were seriously injured after the military dictatorship's forces carried out airstrikes on four villages in Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, around 6:00 PM on April 19.

An E-20 aircraft from Tadau-U Airport conducted the bombing runs on four villages: Kyauk Kone, Min Gan, and Hla Thay—which are villages on the Wetlet border—and Shwezi Khon Village in Sagaing Township.

According to local organizations, a civilian man from Shwezi Khon Village was killed and two others were severely injured, while two houses were destroyed by fire. In the other villages, houses were burned and destroyed, but no human casualties were reported.
