On 10 April 2026, Russian forces carried out drone strikes and fired artillery at Novoandriivka, Zaporizhia. Civilian casualties unknown. Russian forces (units of the 'Dniepr' group) struck the Ukrainian personnel and equipment of a mechanized, mountain assault brigades, and a territorial defense brigade (coded to Zaporozhets) near Novoandriivka. According to Russian sources, Ukrainian military lost: 11 vehicles, four electronic warfare stations and up to 40 Ukrainian servicemen were killed near Orikhiv, Zaporozhets and Novoandriivka [Russian MoD reported 40 fatalities.
