On 6 April 2026, in Kamweloyi village (Lahe township, Naga Self-Administered Zone, Sagaing region), the Assam Rifles conducted drone strikes by dropping two bombs on the village at around 2:30 am. A house was destroyed, and a deep crater was created in the ground. Network Media Group reported that a man and his grandchild were injured, while other sources reported no casualties.
