On 6 April 2026, Shawqi Abu Nasira armed group, collaborating with Israel, raided houses east of Al Maghazi (Deir El Balah, Gaza Strip) which caused an armed clash between the group and Hamas members outside a school for IDPs [coded separately]. Two Israeli airstrikes killed at least 11 Palestinians injured others. The exact number of civilians and Hamas militants among the 11 is unclear, however 5 Hamas members were confirmed killed by the group [coded separately]. 5 fatalities coded to this event. Two men succumbed to their wounds the next day, raising fatalities to 7 coded to this event. This event occurred in an Israeli-controlled area of the Yellow Line.
