On 4 April 2026, Houthi forces in Yemen fired a ballistic missile that fell in an open area in central Israel. Coded to Tel Aviv. Houthis claimed to target Ben Gurion International Airport and 'vital military targets' in southern Israel with a missile and several drones. The IDF reported one missile falling in an open area and also intercepted a drone outside of Israeli territory (coded separately).
