On 7 April 2026, Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) fired a ballistic missile carrying a cluster bomb warhead at central Israel. About 6 impact sites from cluster bomb munitions were reported in central Israel. At least 1 cluster bomb munition directly impacted Tel Aviv (Tel Aviv, Israel), causing damage to a residential building, parking lot and vehicle. No casualties occurred.
