On 10 April 2026, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes (ring of fire) near the Serail in Nabatiye city (Al Nabatieh, Al Nabatieh), killing 19 people, including 13 General Security agents. The airstrikes caused massive destruction in the area, including to the government serail, its surrounding buildings, and the offices of local officials (mokhtars). Israeli warplanes also carried out other airstrikes targeting Al Bayyad neighborhood, destroying a residential building.
