On 6 April 2026, in Savien, Artibonite, the National Police and the Task Force police (coded as Police forces) launched drone airstrikes against the stronghold of the Baz Gran Grif de Savien Gang as they conducted an anti-gang operation in the village. Several gang members, including a minor recruited by the gang, were killed. The explosions of the drones charged with explosives also destroyed several rooms, including the home of the gang leader. Witnesses confirmed the police statement. Unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3.
