#Syria: one of the most active #ISIS cells has been dismantled by the Security forces. The cell consisted of 3 members, one of whom detonated himself during the latest attack (17th March). The other 2 were arrested. The cell began attacks in Aleppo province on 26th February & killed 8 in 5 attacks. It operated by selecting opportunistic targets, leaving its victims no chance to react. The recent slowdown in attacks - last one was carried out one month ago - was likely an attempt to evade detection after sustained activity.
