Air Delivered event in Mexico on Thu 12th March 2026
12th March 2026
Videos have surfaced showing the moment Mexican military helicopters, armed with miniguns, opened fire on Hugo "El Tuli" (also known as "El Tulipán"), a key lieutenant and trusted associate of CJNG leader Rubén Oseguera Cervantes ("El Mencho"). The incident occurred on February 22, 2026, shortly after "El Mencho" was killed in a separate military operation. Authorities accused "El Tuli" of coordinating retaliatory attacks against federal forces, organizing road blockades, vehicle burnings, and other violent disturbances across Jalisco and neighboring states in response to the cartel leader's death. Additional footage captures the heavy impacts left on the pavement by the minigun rounds during the engagement.
