A vehicle exploded shortly after leaving Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), killing two people in Tecámac, State of Mexico. Authorities are investigating whether one of the victims is Francisco Beltrán, known as "El Payín," a suspected operator linked to the Sinaloa Cartel. The second victim has been identified as the driver, Humberto Raquel (or Rangel, per some reports). The incident occurred on the Mexico-Pachuca highway.
