Details : A video was shared on social media showing a conflict involving CCC servicemen and teenagers.

In this regard, the Volyn Regional CCC and SP published a message explaining the situation.

Literally : "On April 11, at around 3:10 p.m. behind the ASC building, during the notification of those liable for military service, servicemen of the CCC and the SP discovered two citizens of draft age.

One of them provided documents confirming the right to a deferment from conscription. The other did not respond to the legal demand to present military registration documents, tried to avoid communication and tried to escape in the direction of Lesya Ukrainka Street.

During the above-mentioned events, a group of minors ran up to the servicemen of the CCC and SP and behaved aggressively - they tried to prevent them from performing their official duties, and also resorted to physical violence, striking them.

In this regard, military personnel, responding to illegal actions and obstruction of duty, were forced to react and stop aggressive behavior."

Details : The CCC added that the citizen, whom the minors were trying to "protect", is a resident of Vinnytsia, is fit for military service and is subject to conscription during mobilization. He was taken to the CCC and the SP to update his military registration data and undergo a military service.

The attackers of the alert group are being sought by law enforcement agencies, who will provide a legal assessment of their actions.

"Obstructing the lawful activities of military personnel, as well as any manifestations of aggression or physical influence towards military personnel, is a gross violation of the law. Regardless of age, such actions will not go without proper legal assessment and entail criminal liability under the legislation of Ukraine," the message says.
