Last night, Russia attacked Sumy Oblast with Geran-2 drones.
At least 3 drones attacked Sumy City. Interestingly, they used a new tactic, where each drone would fly to a high altitude over the city, make large circles while slowly descending, before cutting off their engine and silently gliding to their target (example of this in media 3). This made it very difficult to detect the drones on approach to their targets. As a result of the strikes, large fires broke out at the impact sites.
Additionally, 3-4 drones attacked targets in/near the city of Shostka.
