On March 31, there was an incident of shooting at the house of General Secretary of Chittagong South District Chhatra Dal (student wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party-BNP), Mohammad Mohsin, in Kanchana area of ??Satkania Upazila (Sub-District) of Chittagong District, led by the Chief of Union Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI) Abu Taher, reports Prothom Alo. Mohsin filed a written complaint with Police Station in this regard. In the attack, former president of a ward branch of Chhatra Dal, Mohammad Rakib and former president of the union branch, Mohammad Shafiq, were injured.
