On March 31, Halim Fidai, the former Governor of Logar and Khost Provinces wrote in X that in house of a former government employee in Kabul (location not specified), Hairan, 10 unidentified gunmen stormed in and killed his brother and wounded another family member, reports Hasht-e Subh. The family was also robbed. While the Taliban claim they have ensured security, citizens report an increase in criminal incidents in various parts of the country.
