On March 26, Security Forces (SFs) arrested three active cadres of the Revolutionary People’s Front/People’s Liberation Army (RPF/PLA) from different areas in Imphal East District of Manipur for allegedly planning Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attacks targeting businessmen, reports Manipur Police on X. The arrested militants were identified as Phanjoubam Rabi Meitei alias Luwangamba (28), Mohammad Ruwaj Arif alias Babool (23) and Mohammad Abdul Hakim alias Inaocha (35). SFs recovered three Improvised explosive device (IEDs), seven Trinitrotoluene (TNT) blocks (approx. 2.47 kg), two detonators and two timers.
