On April 1, a Taliban fighter, identified as Samiullah, opened fire on four civilians in Warnakhwa village in Chah Ab District of Takhar Province, injuring them, reports Hasht-e Subh. The sources stated that the Taliban fighter had a personal dispute with the family.Since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan, their fighters have repeatedly harassed and mistreated civilians.
