During coordinated searches linked to an extortion investigation, police temporarily seized the service pistol issued to a 42-year-old man, a policeman, and seized explosive materials and ammunition at the searched premises. The seized explosives and communications devices were impounded for forensic testing. The 42-year-old man and his 36-year-old brother were arrested on suspicion of extortion and will be presented to the prosecutor with criminal reports.
