One person was killed and three were injured as a result of Russian shelling of Kherson on the morning of April 6.

Direct speech from the head of the MVA: "At around 10:15, Russian occupation troops shelled the Korabelny district. According to preliminary data, 1 person was killed, and two more were injured to varying degrees of severity."
Updated: Later, the head of the OVA, Alexander Prokudin, clarified that the invaders killed the mother in front of her son.
"The damned Russian terrorists turned the courtyard of an ordinary Kherson high-rise building into a scene of tragedy. Right in the courtyard, in front of the son, they ended the life of his most precious person - his mother. I sincerely sympathize with his loss. Three more wounded women are now in the hospital," Prokudin said.
