A 33-year-old woman was shot and killed inside her apartment in a luxury residential complex in Gravatá, Pernambuco, Brazil, during a robbery. According to reports, the victim attempted to flee as the intruder chased her from room to room. One of the shots also struck her small dog, which did not survive. The suspect was arrested but later released due to insufficient evidence. The investigation remains ongoing.
