A man was shot and killed in cold blood by a hitman during a family birthday celebration in Sullana, Peru. The victim has been identified as Miguel Sandoval. The attack took place at a home on Par Vial Avenue in the 17 de Enero housing complex. Security cameras captured the moment the masked gunman burst in and repeatedly shot the victim while he was celebrating with his family, killing him on the spot.
