Man Shot Dead in Cúcuta: Possible Links to Criminal Gang Under Investigation A man was shot to death in a targeted attack on Tuesday afternoon, April 7, in the La Victoria neighborhood of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. The victim, identified as Yeison Omar Portilla Moncada, was driving his vehicle after leaving a workshop when he was intercepted by two hitmen on a motorcycle. The assailants opened fire on him repeatedly, killing him on the spot. According to initial reports, the attack was deliberate and well-planned. The gunmen followed the victim and fired at him on at least two occasions, including after his car had already come to a stop.
