SAA event in Colombia on Tue 24th March 2026

A woman was shot dead while running her fast-food business in the Loma Fresca neighborhood of Baranoa (Atlántico). According to preliminary reports, armed men on motorcycles approached the scene and fired multiple shots at the victim, identified as Fraidey Silvera (also reported in some sources as Fairuth Silvera Martínez). She died instantly at the scene. The attack left residents and local merchants in shock. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the motive and identify those responsible.
