The Mexican Navy (Semar) led operations in Sinaloa today, March 19, 2025. At a residence linked to a high-priority target identified as "El 19," high-powered weapons, drugs, and tactical equipment were seized. In one of the operations, authorities located a woman, the daughter of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, who had no criminal involvement and was therefore released to her family. A property used by hitmen working for "El Kiki" was located, where naval forces were attacked and repelled the aggression, resulting in the deaths of 11 alleged attackers. Later, the Mexican Navy reported that as a result of the operations in Sinaloa, in the town of Valle Escondido, near Culiacán, a man identified as Omar Oswaldo Torres Cabada, 39, alias "El Trono," an alleged member of the Los Mayos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel, was arrested.
