Two Suspected Violence Leaders Arrested in San Matías Tlalancaleca Following Five-Agency Operation in Puebla. A coordinated action between federal and state forces resulted in the seizure of weapons, suspected drugs, and a vehicle. According to official reports from the Puebla government, the joint operation by the Navy (SEMAR), the Ministry of Defense (DEFENSE), the National Guard, the State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE), and the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) led to the arrest of two men in the municipality of San Matías Tlalancaleca. These men allegedly operated in the San Martín Texmelucan region. The detainees were identified as: - Osiel N., 49 years old, originally from the State of Mexico - Mauricio N., alias "El Caballero," 28 years old, originally from Mexico City. During the operation, the following items were seized: - Live ammunition - Packages of suspected drugs - Cash - A vehicle with license plates from the State of Michoacán. The corresponding investigations are ongoing.
