Drone Attack Triggers Alert in San Ignacio, Sinaloa. A drone equipped with explosives was used in an attack in the town of San Ignacio, Sinaloa, triggering an alert among authorities and residents of the area. According to security reports, the device was allegedly operated by members of a group linked to the Sinaloa Cartel, and the target was believed to be rivals identified as members of a faction known as “Los Chapitos.” Preliminary reports indicate that the device used was a DJI RC Plus drone, associated with the Matrice 300/350 platform. Authorities are continuing to monitor the situation.
