A drone struck a finished goods warehouse at the Russian chemical plant JSC Minudobreniya in the city of Rossosh, Voronezh Region.

OSINT analysts from the CyberBoroshno community and Astra reported this after reviewing footage shared online.

A fire at the facility was recorded late on the evening of April 6.

Alexander Gusev, the region’s governor, claimed that the area was attacked by drones and reported that the roof of the warehouse caught fire due to “falling debris.”

On the morning of April 7, he announced that the fire had been extinguished and said that a technological facility at the plant had been damaged. The Russian official added that production has been suspended.

According to OSINT analysts, the main storage facility for fertilizers produced by the chemical plant was on fire.

According to open sources, JSC Minudobreniya’s production capacity exceeds 550,000 tons of ammonium nitrate and up to 1.2 million tons of NPk fertilizer annually. Ammonium nitrate, in particular, can be used in the production of explosives.

The enterprise is part of JSC Roskhim’s structure and is one of the largest chemical plants in the Voronezh Region.

Ukrainian drones had previously targeted the facility on the night of December 13, 2025. At that time, it was reported that operations at one of the production units had been suspended.
