On 3 April 2026, morning, UAE forces intercepted an unspecified projectile fired by Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) over Ajban area (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi). As a result of the interception, shrapnel fell in the area, leaving 6 individuals of Nepali nationality and 5 individuals of Indian nationality injured, and one major injury sustained by an individual of Nepali nationality.
