On 30 March 2026, Russian forces (units of the 'East' group likely by shelling and drone strikes as the most common means) struck the Ukrainian personnel and equipment of a mechanized brigade, an assault brigade, three assault regiments near Yehorivka, Zaporizhia. According to Russian sources, Ukrainian military lost: two armored combat vehicles, 10 cars, two artillery pieces, two ammunition depots and supplies and up to 270 Ukrainian servicemen were killed near Dolynka, Boikove, Vozdvyzhivka, Kopani, Yehorivka and Havrylivka [Russian MoD reported 270 fatalities.
