On 2 April 2026, in the north-eastern part of Pauk township (Pakokku district, Magway region), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes and dropped 7 bombs using a jet fighter at around noon. The Myanmar military also opened fire using a Point-5 gun. A house was destroyed. 2 civilians were injured.
