On 28 March 2026, Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike targeting the Hadi Nasrallah highway near Al Hadath (Baabda, Mount Lebanon). The IDF claimed it assassinated two Hezbollah communications officers in Beirut's Southern Suburbs (coded to this event). The two members were key within the group's communications unit and served also in the missile unit playing 'a central part in managing fire and directing launch and bombardment operations against Israel during Operation Northern Arrows.' 2 fatalities.
