On 28 March 2026, an Israeli drone struck a car in Jezzine (Jezzine, South), killing four journalists. Among the victims were pro-Hezbollah AlManar TV reporter Ali Shoeib and Al Mayadeen reporter Fatima Ftouni. The IDF confirmed it carried out an airstrike killing AlManar TV reporter Ali Shoeib, claiming he was part of Hezbollah's elite Radwan Force intelligence unit. The IDF claimed that Shoeib was working to expose the locations of Israeli troops operating in southern Lebanon and along the border, and maintained ongoing contact with other members of the Radwan Force unit. 4 Fatalities.
