On 2 April 2026, night and afternoon, US forces struck unidentified targets in the Gohardasht, Mehr Villa, and Bilghan bridge areas and an unfinishjed B1 bridge under construction in Karaj, Alborz, causing at least several explosions (coded as air/drone strikes by default). During the strikes on B1 bridge Iranian authorities reported that 13 civilians were killed and at least 95 more were injured. Israel and the United States launched a joint operation codenamed 'Roaring Lion' by Israel and 'Epic Fury' by the United States on 28 February 2026. 13 fatalities.
