On 31 March 2026, night, US and/ or Israeli forces attacked the 55th Airborne Brigade Headquarters (Padegan-e Tip-e 55 Havabord) and other unspecified targets in several areas including near the Shahid Torkan Air Base and Industrial town, Pasargad Square, Seraj and the Roknabad neighborhood in Shiraz (Shiraz, Fars) causing five loud explosions (coded as air/drone strikes by default). Fighter jets were heard. Afternoon, Israeli forces targeted the intelligence building in Tapa TV area of Shiraz. Israel and the United States launched a joint operation codenamed 'Roaring Lion' by Israel and 'Epic Fury' by the United States on 28 February 2026. Casualties unknown.
