On 31 March 2026, at 4:30 AM local time, Hezbollah fired a rocket barrage targeting a gathering of Israeli army soldiers and vehicles along the Freiz square in Ainata (Bint Jbeil, Al Nabatieh). At 11:00 AM, Hezbollah fired artillery shells targeting 'Tallet Freiz' in the town. At 2:30 PM, Hezbollah fired 1 suicide drone targeting an Israeli Merkava tank, claiming a direct hit. The group also fired a rocket barrage at the same time targeting a gathering of Israeli soldiers. Casualties unknown.
