Around 16 March 2026 (weekend of), in La Palestina (Antioquia), military forces bombed the 36th front of the FARC dissidents during an ongoing military operation against armed groups in the area. The leader's partner and his security chief were arrested and authorities suspect that the front's leader was wounded. Residents tried to intervened to prevent the arrests, but the officers managed to remove them from the area. Casualties unknown.
