A local man told Golden Land that in Maung Township, Sagaing Region, an airstrike was carried out without any ground fighting, injuring four local residents.
Yesterday, at 5:05 pm on 3 April, the junta's air force attacked Nabe village in Myaung Township with two fighter jets and four bombs.
A local man said, ‘Two of those injured are in a critical condition. They carried out an airstrike in that area without any ground fighting. They are targeting and attacking the local population.’
The airstrike by the junta's forces injured two men and two women, and damaged one house, it is reported.
The junta's troops are also conducting continuous ground offensives and air strikes in areas of Sagaing and Magwe regions, as well as in the Mandalay region controlled by revolutionary forces, causing local casualties and deaths. ...are also occurring daily. Of the airstrikes, Sagaing Region has been the most targeted, with Magwe Region being the second most, according to the Myanmar Defence and Security Studies Institute The Myanmar Defence and Security Studies Institute (MDSI) stated in its report released on 5 January that Sagaing Region has been the most targeted, with Magwe Region being the second most.
