On the morning of March 31, the Russians attacked Odessa with strike drones, hitting an apartment building, causing a fire, and injuring a man.

Lysak's direct speech : "In the morning, the enemy attacked Odessa with strike UAVs. Unfortunately, a nine-story residential building in the Kyiv district was hit."

Details : According to him, the facade, balconies, and glazing from the second to fourth floors were damaged. The fire that broke out as a result of the impact was quickly extinguished.

Kiper noted that a 50-year-old man was injured - he has a cut wound to his forearm. He is being provided with all necessary medical assistance. Emergency and municipal services are working at the scene.
