Literally : "The security service prevented another terrorist attack in Odessa. As a result of preemptive actions, a Russian agent was detained who tried to blow up a truck with high-value equipment for a local heating facility."
Details : According to the case materials, the detained woman was a 19-year-old resident of Chernivtsi, who was recruited by Russian special services via Telegram.
