The military bombed the village clinic in Ngapayin and the village of Si Par in Budalin Township, Sagaing Region, killing at least three civilians, with the death toll likely to increase, a Budalin Township PDF source told Khit Thit Media.

Starting at 12:55 p.m. today, March 30, the military used fighter jets to conduct consecutive bombing raids within Budalin Township despite there being no active fighting. The clinic in Ngapayin village was hit, killing at least three people who had come for medical treatment and wounding about seven others. Additionally, Si Par village was also targeted in a subsequent airstrike.
