On 23 March 2026, night, Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) launched a suicide drone that directly impacted the vicinity of the hangar area in Dubai International Airport (Sector 2, Dubai), causing a fire and destroying a fuel tank. Iranian forces claimed to have also damaged 2 commercial planes, including 1 Emirati A380 and 1 Saudi A321, though other international sources claimed that these planes were damaged earlier in the conflict. Casualties unknown.
