On 22 March 2026, around 3:08 AM Abu Dhabi time, suspected Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) launched an unspecified projectile (coded as drone based on previous activity) that caused explosions to an unnamed tanker and near an unnamed bulk carrier in the Gulf of Oman, around 15 nm north of Sharjah (coded to Coast of Sharjah) (Ash Shariqah). There were no injuries or fatalities. It's unclear if the explosions were the result of attacks targeting the ship.
