On 24 March 2026, in El Paujil (Caqueta), a low-intensity explosive device was detonated against a commercial establishment. The attack is suspected to be linked to extortion, as the business manager had previously received summons and threats from the Rodrigo Cadete FARC dissident front. There were no casualties.
