On 19 March 2026, in Gon Hnyin Seik village (Thayetchaung township, Dawei district, Tanintharyi region), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes with a Y-12 jet fighter and dropped over 100 bombs since 9:00 am, to rescue the trapped military soldiers due to the clash in Win Wa village. Casualties unknown.
