On 17 March 2026, morning, UAE forces intercepted 1 ballistic missile launched by Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) in the area of Bani Yas (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi). As a result of the interception, shrapnel fell on the area, killing 1 Pakistani national. Later in the day, the UAE announced the injury of 12 civilians of various nationalities, with their conditions ranging from light to severe, due to Iranian attacks. Injuries also coded to this event.
