On 20 March 2026, Israeli warplanes carried out two airstrikes in Deir Ez Zahrani town (Al Nabatieh, Al Nabatieh). When ambulance teams from the Islamic Health Society, scouts from the Islamic Risala Scout Association, and local residents rushed to the scene, Israeli warplanes struck the location again. Another airstrike targeted the Al Ras neighborhood in the town. At least 21 people were injured in the attacks, including nine Hezbollah-affiliated medics. Three vehicles belonging to the Islamic Health Committee were severely damaged.
