On 18 March 2026,US and Israeli warplanes (coded as MFOUS as part of the ongoing US-Iran conflict) conducted an airstrike targeting the Popular Mobilization Forces positions in Kirkuk city (Kirkuk). Targets included: Badr Organization headquarters and Shaheed Abu Mahdi Al Muhandis Center at 90th Street near Palestine Bakeries, the vicinity of the headquarters of Asaib Ahl Al Haq behind the municipality building on Al Muhafadha Street, near the PUK headquarters; and the 63rd Brigade support regiment's commander headquarters in Al Badr neighborhood behind the training center. Casualties unknown.
