Maung Sann, a Pyu Saw Htee member who participated in the rape and murder of CDM nurse Ma May Zun Moe in Okpho Township, Bago Region, was shot and killed on the spot, according to an official from the Black Tiger Guerrilla Force (Tharrawaddy District Battalion 3802, Company 5) who spoke to Khit Thit Media.

On March 20, around 10:30 PM, comrades from the Black Tiger Guerrilla Force went to the home of Maung Sann in Aung Thukha Ward, Teim Myoke Village Tract, Okpho Township, to arrest him. When he refused to surrender and attempted to flee, the forces opened fire, killing him instantly.
