In Minhla Township, Bago Division, Administrator Aung Kyaw Moe, who summoned the terrorist military to arrest citizens unable to pay monthly military service fees, was attacked and killed, an official from the Shwe Tan Myay People's Defense Force told Khit Thit Media.

On March 22, at approximately 4:00 PM, comrades from the Tharrawaddy District PDF, Attack Unit 1 (Shwe Tan Myay People's Defense Force), entered the home of Wet Hla Gyi village administrator Aung Kyaw Moe to arrest him. It is reported that he died when the comrades fired while attempting to apprehend him because he resisted and tried to flee.
